About The Mummy Circle
The Mummy Circle is a warm, supportive group created by Leanne Harbour Wellbeing to make maternal mental health support more accessible for new mums across Poole and the wider BCP area.
Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming. Around 1 in 5 mums experience postnatal depression or anxiety, yet many struggle to access support because of waiting lists, cost or the demands of early motherhood. The Mummy Circle bridges that gap by offering a space where emotional wellbeing support meets mother-and-baby group.
Designed for mums with babies under one, The Mummy Circle is a calm, welcoming environment to share, reflect and connect with others who truly understand. It gives mums the space to prioritise their wellbeing while still caring for their little ones — without pressure, judgement or expectations.
Booking is now open, and spaces are limited.
