About Purposeful Living
Purposeful Living is founded by Michelle Ellison, offering compassionate mentoring and guidance for mothers and women who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves amid the demands of family life.
Built from lived experience as a mum of four and over 20 years of work in education and family care, Purposeful Living exists to provide a calm, supportive space where you can pause, reflect and feel truly heard. Michelle understands how easy it is to give everything to your family while quietly losing sight of yourself in the process.
Her approach is person-centred, holistic and non-judgemental, blending emotional support, reflective conversation and practical guidance to help you reconnect with who you are, not just what you do. This work is not about fixing or doing more, but about gently returning to yourself and finding balance again.
Michelle holds a BA in Early Childhood Care and Education, a Master’s in Pastoral Theology focused on family care, and is trained as an Ignatian Spiritual Guide. Sessions are rooted in empathy, confidentiality and trust, offering space to explore your thoughts, emotions and challenges at your own pace.
