SeeClear Counselling and Mindfulness provides gentle, grounded support for anxiety, stress and everyday life challenges. Based in Poole, Dorset, Laura works with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected, helping them make sense of what’s going on and find steadiness again.
Life can become noisy and fast, especially when anxiety takes hold. At SeeClear, the focus is on slowing things down, creating space to breathe, and helping you reconnect with calm and clarity. Sessions are practical, supportive and tailored to you, whether you’re dealing with long-term anxiety, burnout, stress, or a difficult life transition.
Laura is an experienced counsellor, mindfulness teacher and cognitive behavioural therapist, with a calm, down-to-earth approach that helps people feel safe, understood and supported. She works both online and face-to-face from her Poole practice, supporting clients across Dorset and beyond.
